Your family will be close to the all when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home in the Sycamore Park neighborhood of Mill Valley. The neighborhood has a robust park system and is walkable to downtown Mill Valley through narrow streets shaded by old Sycamore trees. The neighborhood boasts easy access to the freeway, Golden Gate Recreation, Muir Beach, Muir Woods,and all restaurants. The home has an easy one floor layout, features Italian tile in kitchen & baths, plus eclectic art.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom have high quality mattresses, all cotton bedding and soft cotton towels. Each bathroom has a linen closet with extra amenities for your comfort. <br /><br />The middle bedroom has a Chameleon designer couch which creates a nice den (another desk is there too) or may be used as an extra bed. Cushions are easily removable. Very comfortable for adult or child. Let me know if you would like it made up as a bed.<br /><br />Living room can accommodate 10-12, if you provide notice, we have 4 designer lucite chairs we can make available for holiday gatherings. <br /><br />Kitchen - the GE Cafe gas stove and griddle is fabulous for cooking. Please use vent above. Again for holiday cooking, let me know and I can provide additional cookware. Water from the refrigerator is filtered.<br /><br />Various herbal teas, fresh coffee beans, milk and creamer, seasonings, baking supplies and some snacks are provided.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access of the 3 bedroom home, with lovely porch and garden seatings. Separate attached laundry room with own entrance. Easy street parking. Driveway is typically available. If not, you may park in front of driveway as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The best way to walk downtown is to walk to Sycamore, make a right and follow it on through. You can also go downtown via Miller passing the Lumberyard outdoor shopping and restaurant area (10 min) or less ideal, E. Blithedale if you are going to Le Marais French Bakery and eatery. (10 min) <br />In 15 minutes, you will reach the infamous Sweetwater Music Hall, 142 Throckmorton Theatre, The Marin Theatre Company, and multiple amazing restaurants, bakeries, cafes and other shops.<br />In 10 -15 minutes, you can reach The Lumberyard, Mill Valley Recreation Center, 2 AM Club, Joe’s Taco Lounge, Le Marais French Bakery and Cafe, The Cantina, 2 Whole Foods Markets and Mike’s Bikes. Something for everyone here. Bicycles available. Pump and locks in laundry room.<br />Trash day is Wednesday 6:30-8am. It can be noisy that am. We have an air purifier for noise reduction or use White noise app on IPhone if you are sensitive.
