This is a cute little house in Sycamore Park. Walking distance to downtown (but a long walk). Perfect for families with kids (dogs) and people looking to hike/bike/enjoy Mill Valley's active, outdoor lifestyle. And only a 15-minute drive from SF.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There is a bedroom with a king bed, an office with a queen bed and the kid room has twin bunks. We also have a couch in the living room and the queen in the office has a trundle if you need to fit two more. And there's a great backyard...with a pretty good fence that can keep most dogs (and kids) safely inside the yard, but there are a few little holes, so take care to make sure no one escapes.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You can get to every part of the house and yard, except the garage. We keep the garage locked while we are away, except if you need some emergency supplies.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a 5 night minimum...hope you come to stay with us! : )
