Thank you for your understanding.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Pool and Pickleball/ tennis courts are in easy access to our condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys or parking permit<br /><br />-By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19 or any other incident.<br /><br />*We highly recommend you purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Travel Insurance. This will ensure that you are refunded in case you are unable to travel at the last minute due to Covid or any other unexpected circumstance.<br /><br />Service dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in the condo at any time and must be with you at all times. Failure to adhere to this rule is grounds for cancellation without a refund.<br /><br />These are the amounts of taxes passed on. You are taxed on the gross amount, which includes your nightly rate and cleaning fee: State TAT (10.25%), O‘ahu TAT (3%), and GET (4.5%) apply and are included in your total price. An example: If Room charge and Cleaning Fee: $1000, TAT = $110, GET= $45 and OTAT= $30.
