Vehicle max height is 6' 2" to enter the garage and parking stall can fit the car up to 5' 3".<br /><br />**Important Notice: Building Exterior Repair & Painting Project<br />We want to let you know that the HOA will begin an Exterior Concrete Repair & Painting Project at Marine Surf Waikiki starting October 27 at 8:00 AM. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.<br /><br />During this time, the lanai (balcony) will be temporarily inaccessible for guest use due to safety precautions. The estimated completion date is mid-December.<br /><br />Please note: Due to this project, all outdoor furniture and lanai flooring have been temporarily removed.
