Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio is an attached, 2nd level upstairs unit, but completely private from the main house. Because of this, there is very little sound carryover between the two areas. While there is door that leads to a flight of stairs that separates this unit from the main house, there is a lock on both sides of the door to ensure your privacy.
