Our 1 bed, 1 bath condo is near Kailua Village with access to coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, retail shops, pier, museum, and many activities. Our place is good for couples & families (max. of 4, preferably 2 adults and 2 small kids). You can see, hear & smell the ocean. Kona Shores is a quiet community with salt water swimming pool, BBQ area & beach access nearby. We alsohave another downstair unit in the same complex that sleeps 4.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Masters bedroom has a king size bed and 42" TV that streams Netflix, Disney and Prime Video.<br /><br />Sofa Bed is full size and comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We have a spare twin size futon if one of your guest doesn't want to share the sofa bed.<br /><br />Living room has 52" Roku TV and is ready to stream Netflix, Disney and Prime Video. Has access to local cable channels as well.<br /><br />Dining Area sits 4 people comfortably.<br /><br />We have plenty of towels, pillows, beach towels, sarongs, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, boogie board and ice cooler ready for your enjoyment.<br /><br />We have plenty of blankets, linens and other amenities so leave your shampoos and sunscreen at home.<br /><br />Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker (with free coffee grinds and creamer), please check the cupboards. Pots and pans, toaster and rice cooker.
