The home features a stylish living area with an elegant arch window, rug, tan leather couch, and a decorative fireplace.<br /><br />Main floor: 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths; 2 Queen beds with new mattresses and a bunk bed (Twin bed over Full). A twin-size floor mattress for an 8th person (a kid, or a teenager).<br /><br />The house is located in the trendy Outer Sunset District. It is a short walk to Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. It’s a 20-minute drive to downtown San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This home is located on the second floor of a large home. The master and second bedrooms have new comfortable queen beds and doors to the deck looking out the backyard. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with new comfortable foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, a big new refrigerator, a coffee maker, a Foreman grill, a Vitamix blender, dishes, and silverware for 8.<br /><br />Laundry room can be accessed by going down the stairs in the hallway to the garage. Unfortunately for this reason, no garage parking allowed.<br /><br />Please be mindful of excessive noise and stomping between the hours of 10pm-8am as host resides in the apartment on the first floor of rental property. Additionally, if parking in the driveway, please leave AMPLE room for the host’s entrance located to the right of the driveway. Thank you for your consideration.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This large apartment home is the upper unit of a two-story house. The host lives in a separate in-law unit on the first floor with its own entrance. Please be respectful of the downstairs residents.<br /><br />Guests have full access to the backyard, however, the backyard is not that developed. We are planning a renovation this winter. <br /><br />Absolutely no parties, events, or receptions - during the morning, day, evening, or night.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />NO PARTIES OR RECEPTIONS OF ANY KIND! We do not allow events of any kind - if you are inviting visitors other than those listed on the reservation, you must let the host know about this! This results in extra cleaning needs as well as wear and tear on the house, so please be considerate.<br /><br />Our driveway is for guests with a compact car. When parking please consider residents living downstairs who need to get to the entrance behind the driveway, on the right.<br />Don’t worry if you have a bigger car, you can find free parking on streets. <br /><br />Owner lives in in-law unit downstairs - below the apartment you will be staying in.<br /><br />We do not allow pets of any kind.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2021-001821STR
