The king bedroom is family-friendly and includes baby essentials such as a pack-and-play and high chair, making stays with little ones easier. Each bedroom has an HDTV, and guests can enjoy complimentary streaming services including Paramount+, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN (availability may vary; up to three devices can stream simultaneously, except Hulu).<br /><br />The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, equipped with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. If you prefer dining out, there are also several great local restaurants and food options nearby.<br /><br />The home is located on the second floor, accessible by approximately 15 steps with a handrail. The space is pet-friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets, and communal.<br /><br />For families traveling with infants, we use mild, hypoallergenic detergent for laundry. The unit includes in-unit laundry, an attached garage, and access to the backyard.<br />You may enter through the main staircase from the street or via a narrower staircase from the garage that leads directly to the second floor. The entire top-floor unit is private, offering plenty of space to relax, with shared access to the backyard and laundry area.<br />It’s a comfortable and welcoming space, ideal for couples, families, or travelers looking for a cozy stay.<br />★ We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. <br />★Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.<br />★If you have any special requests (e.g., an extra mattress, extra linens or Pack ’n Play), please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready before your arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />★ House Rules that are strictly enforced:<br /><br />• Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM.<br />• Check-out: 11:00 AM with a 10-minute grace period. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fee.<br /><br />★ Late Check-Out Fees:<br />• 1:00 PM – $25<br />• 2:00 PM – $40<br />• 3:00 PM – $50<br /><br />★ Extra Guest Fees:<br />This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests at the base rate. For the 7th and 8th overnight guest, a $25 per night, per guest fee applies (up to our maximum occupancy of 8). This helps us keep pricing affordable for smaller groups while covering the added cost of hosting larger ones.<br />★ Daytime Guests & Gatherings:<br />If you'd like to have additional guests visit during the day without staying overnight, please reach out to us in advance for approval. A $25 daytime guest fee applies per additional guest beyond our maximum of 8 for extra use of the house and amenities.<br />We are not set up to host parties, commercial events, or large gatherings. If you're planning a dinner, celebration, or gathering with guests beyond our maximum occupancy, please contact us before booking so we can confirm it's something we can accommodate.<br /><br /><br />★ House Rules<br />• No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine.<br />• No smoking inside the home. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine plus smoke remediation costs.<br /> • Pets: This property is pet-friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets. Unauthorized animals on the property will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover pet cleaning fees. Please do not leave pets unattended indoors. Keep pets off furniture and beds.
