Ala Moana Centre, the world‘s largest open air mall is next door for luxury shopping and great food<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />🏖️ Aloha! <br /><br />*Very Important Note: Our condo is located in a resort hotel, so when you arrive for check-in at the Ala Moana Hotel front desk, you'll pay a one-time $50.00 check-in fee, and a $30.00 + tax daily resort fee (for your entire group, not per person) directly to the hotel. This gives you full access to all the free, beautiful resort amenities: rec deck, swimming pool, free towel rental, reef safe sunscreen & after sun lotion, cabanas or lounge chairs, gym & sauna access, filtered water, Hawaiian ice cakes and luggage storage at the bell desk. Those fees go straight to the Ala Moana Hotel and we, your hosts, aren’t involved in collecting it (we don’t receive any of it). Alternatively, there is a Starbucks in the lobby or Fusion Cafe on the 3rd floor for specialty coffees. <br /><br />🗑️ For trash collection, kindly dial 57 to reach housekeeping and confirm the pickup time before placing it outside your door. The trash storage room is located behind the elevator by the ice machines if you wish to take it yourself; please do NOT put trash outside of the room until you call 57 and ask it to be picked up. <br /><br />🏖️ Please leave the sand at the beach. Do not bring any sand from the beach into the room. There are showers at the beach & by the pool deck on floor 3. Please rinse off before coming upstairs. Clogged drains will have to be remediated and you will be charged for the plumber services. <br /><br />🧽 Cleaning and Towels: This unit is privately owned; therefore, daily maid service is not included. Professional cleaning will be done upon checkout. Towels and toiletries will be provided for your stay, but there will be no towel/linen change. For your convenience, there is a laundry facility on the 6th and 13th floors that takes coins or credit cards. <br /><br />⛱️ Beach towels and pool towels are FREE to rent from the pool deck on floor three. They must be returned before 7 PM when the pool closes to avoid being charged. <br /><br />🧴 We provide clean towels, pillows/blankets & sheets, conditioner, shampoo, soap. We provide enough toilet paper to get you started so we can keep our pricing low and not charge hotel rates.
