We live on site in the upper level of our unit, and the building is shared with neighbors.<br /><br />Guests have exclusive access to their private space, which is accessed via a shared garage. All entrances use keyless keypad entry.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />For security purposes there are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the house: 1 located above the garage & 1 located at the main entrance to the home from the backyard. In addition we have a ring doorbell and a video keypad garage opener. We don’t put cameras in any private area of your space.<br /><br />Bathroom is on the top floor near the living room, with the sleeping quarters on the lower level.<br /><br />Street parking is free (a rarity in SF), but note that you may need to walk a couple blocks.
