My home is in one of the sunnier sides of SF, a cozy home built in the 1940's. The neighborhood is residential with only 2 restaurants & public transportation nearby.<br /><br />The small studio like space is accessible through the private garage door. The apartment includes a queen bed in the main area & bunk beds in a small room. The space is small & cozy with all the amenities you need.<br /><br /> A designated parking space is included in driveway. Your well behaved pet is welcomed for an additional charge.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Spacious and cozy. Clean bed sheets. Family friendly. Fridge in the garage for you to stock up and use. Main room measures about 10x14 and small adjacent room is 6x8. In the small room you will find the bunk beds. Extra space in Garage to hang out. Beautiful sunny garden<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Kitchen, bathroom, garage and yard. There is a dog run in the yard you can use should you decide to leave Fido for a day on the town<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Space is located in the bottom half of the home. Please read our rules carefully and follow them. There is an extra charge for pets, please make sure to include in your reservation. The apartment is located in through the garage doors. We do have personal items because it is our home after all. We live upstairs and check cameras regularly.
