Enjoy your stay in Mill Valley at our contemporary 1-bedroom house. The house is in a sunny area, surrounded by many redwoods and maples and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Just a short walk will bring you to downtown's many restaurants, shops, a grocery market, the Sweetwater music venue, coffee shops, a movie theatre, parks, and much more.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is equipped with modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Hairdryer, Iron, and books and games for your enjoyment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with a very comfy mattress and organic sheets. There is in-floor heat and like most homes in MV, does not have AC. For the few days MV gets very hot, we have provided a standing fan. The large flat screen TV includes streaming options such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime (note - standard cable is not included).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entrance to the guesthouse is just past the garage, up the stairs and to the right. There is room for one car in the driveway.<br />There is a sitting area under the trees exclusively for use by casita guests but the other outdoor areas of the property are not included in the rental.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Quiet time is 10pm and we ask that you keep the bedroom windows closed after 10pm or when watching TV.
