Spend your time in a classic San Francisco home in the warm and sunny part of SF. Located in Potrero Hill, our home offers bright rooms and an amazing view of Twin Peaks and the Mission District. The level has been recently renovated including brand new appliances, refinished floors, new furniture and new bed/bedding.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We love and live in this neighborhood for its proximity to the Mission, the Dogpatch, the ball park and downtown SF. If you’re headed to the South Bay, the fast access to the freeway saves you loads of time and we’re only 15 minutes from SFO. <br /><br />The house is situated on a quiet residential street with a unique center island green. Street parking is super easy!<br /><br />The downstairs apartment is a separate unit with a private entrance. It has 1-bedroom, kitchenette and a living room with a pull-out sofa. Both beds boast memory foam mattresses for exceptional comfort. There is also a deck below with a beautiful view to the west for gorgeous sunsets! You will also be able to utilize a shared laundry accessible from outside on the main level.<br /><br />You can self-check-in using a coded lock box to access the keys. Late arrivals are no problem at all.
