Welcome to Potrero Hill! We are the sunniest neighborhood in the city and are perfectly located. Our home is 15 min walk to SF General Hospital, UCSF, Mission Bay, SOMA, and the Mission district. You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You'll get the bottom floor in our classic San Francisco home. You'll have access to your private living room, which boasts a television, couch, and separate kitchen/dining area. The bedroom is large and has a television and walk-in closet (perfect for a pack-and-play, which we can provide!). The second bedroom doubles as an office, with a full-size futon that can be converted into a bed or used as a separate work-from-home setting. The home was recently fully torn down and rebuilt in 2022, with brand-new furnishings. Wifi is provided. If you are looking for a unique San Francisco experience, look no further!<br /><br />**While we want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay, we don’t allow parties or loud social gatherings of any kind. For a party house, please look elsewhere :) **<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have essentially their own separate 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit. They have full access to their own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. While we live on the upper floors of the home.<br /><br />Parking is abundant, but indoor parking can be provided for an extra cost. <br />Want to work out while you are on vacation? We admire you! Once you walk San Francisco's hills, you may not need to supplement your workout! If that's not good enough, there are a few gyms in the area where you can get a free trial. <br /><br />Printing available (within reason). <br /><br />We also have cable TV and wifi, so in case you do end up inside on one of our sunny days, your entertainment options will be covered :)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You will have to walk up some stairs (~15) to get to this apartment. <br /><br />Pets.
