Welcome to my sunny and spacious (1500sqft) 2BR flat located in the charming Noe Valley - one of the safest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Walking distance to Noe Valley 24th St corridor, bars and restaurants in the Mission and cute downtown in Bernal heights. Perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the city. <br /><br />Airy living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms overlooking a beautiful rose garden.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that's flooded with natural light. The large bay windows allow plenty of fresh air to circulate throughout the space. <br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining tables that seat up to six people.<br /><br />One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two beds (one queen & one full). <br /><br />Step outside to the blooming rose garden. Sip on a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while soaking up the California sun.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have exclusive access to the entire flat with some shared space, shared space in the building, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is a unhosted stay by SF local rules and regulations.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />If you need to order any packages or mail, do not send them to the address. It is an urban location, without a safe place to leave parcels, and I am not around during the day to receive any packages or mail on your behalf. There is no mailbox access for any usps mail. <br /><br />You can order Amazon deliveries to the Amazon pickup location “Amazon Locker - Noevalley” at 3950 24th Street (Whole Foods). You can route UPS deliveries to the UPS Store location at 60 29th Street San Francisco 94110. Both of these are within walking distance of the flat. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.<br /><br />It’s an urban location and you can hear the street noise from the flat.
