Spend the afternoon with a book in the sunny bay window, sink into the couch for a cozy movie night, or gather around the dining table—expandable with leaves to comfortably seat up to eight.<br /><br />The bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation, featuring a queen bed dressed in luxurious European linen sheets.<br /><br />The kitchen welcomes you with an airy indoor-outdoor feel. It’s fully equipped with a Bosch range, All-Clad and cast-iron cookware, a variety of coffee-making equipment for your morning ritual, and beautiful Heath Ceramics. Slide open the glass door to the deck and enjoy fresh air while you cook. If cooking isn’t on the agenda, I’m always happy to share recommendations for some of the city’s best dining—from easy takeout to memorable destination restaurants.<br /><br />The bathroom is modern and bright with a skylight overhead. The rain shower has excellent water pressure and is stocked with Oribe products, plush towels, and a Dyson hair dryer—everything you need to start or end your day feeling refreshed.<br /><br />Step through the back door to a spacious private deck with an outdoor dining set—perfect for morning coffee or an alfresco meal. A BBQ is available upon request, and the garden below is a lovely, sun-filled spot to enjoy the fresh air.<br /><br />The garage includes a compact parking space suitable for most small to mid-sized vehicles. Guests may also park on the street, parallel to the driveway.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full, exclusive access to the house, which is side-by-side with the only other unit in the building. The only shared space in the building is the entryway, from there, each home has a separate front door. You will have your own garage and laundry, a rarity in San Francisco. Outside of the private deck there are shared stairs that lead to the yard.
