Please note there is no washer/dryer inside the apartment, however there are laundry rooms located on each floor and are coin/app operated. <br />Central ac keeps rooms cool and comfortable, there are also lanai screen doors if you like to feel trade wind breeze.<br />There is free parking on the property.
