A beautiful sunny, ground floor condo, newly remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom flat layout with large private patio space. <br /><br />Bedrooms feature a comfortable queen and a full size bed with brand new linens, closet and a full-body mirror. Both the rooms have separate work desk set up with ergonomic chair and an extension cord, which makes it great for remote workers. They have blackout curtains and a white noise machine for restful sleep. <br /><br />You are welcome to enjoy the private patio space with the couch and a cozy swing sipping hot coffee in the morning sunshine. <br /><br />The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing affordable and healthy meals when you decide not to take advantage of the multitude of restaurants the neighborhood offers. It has a beautiful Miele stove, refrigerator, blender, juicer, coffee maker (pot and k-cup), electric oven, microwave, electric water kettle, and a toaster. Enjoy cooking with a full range of new pots and pans. <br /><br />You can take advantage of the private dedicate washer and dryer in the same guest room. It feels like a home away from home with all the amenities. <br /><br />Free residential street parking is right outside the front door. There are no meters, but you must move your vehicle every 2 hours Monday-Friday 8AM-6 PM. Overnight parking is also accessible on the residential streets - you will not have to move your car after 6 pm except on the street cleaning days. <br /><br />Just a block away from all the public transport!<br /><br />Kindly be aware that this is my primary residence when not listed on Airbnb. You might find some personal items in the closets.
