It’s not too hard to find a space most of the time. There are plastic bins in the front hall next to the stairs leading up for storing your shoes. If you want to use shoes in the backyard, please make sure to use the doormat just outside the door and also keep outside shoes off the hardwood floors inside, to help ensure that backyard dirt is not tracked into the house. Thanks.<br /><br />Please note that loud noise/music, partying, substances or excessive drinking is not allowed. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside nor anywhere outside on the property. Additional guests besides those noted in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight.<br /><br />I live on site and am present on the property during your stay. I occupy a separate floor of the home and you will have full privacy within your rented space.<br /><br />To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, pungent foods, including but not limited to fresh durian fruit and jackfruit, are strictly prohibited within the premises, including all guest rooms, balconies, and outdoor property areas.
