We've also included all the basic kitchen items you might need, including cups, dishes, pots, and pans. <br /><br />And when it comes to personal care, our apartment has everything you need, including bath towels, an iron, and a hair dryer. We've also included bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body bar soap, and lotion. Coin/ CC operated laundry facility is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note elevators could have longer wait times than normal and I recommend avoiding morning hours around 9-10am and 5-6pm. Please allow extra time when leaving. Due to the inconvenience this unit has been offered at lower prices than normal. <br />*In unusual circumstances elevators can be shut down for testing or safety reasons and not within our control.<br /><br /><br /><br />PARKING SPACE <br />Please be aware that our parking spaces are in limited availability and must be prepaid separately. However, with bus lines, Uber/Lyft service, taxis, and street parking options, transportation shouldn't be an issue for most guests. Once payment is received, a space # will be issued to you with check in directions. Please inquire to confirm a spot. <br /><br />Parking is an additional $30 per day plus tax.<br /><br />EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT<br />We do ask that you communicate with us before your stay if you need to request early check-in or late check-out.
