Location! <br /><br />If you are looking to experience all that Maui has to offer, look no further!<br /><br />Kick back in this ocean view Kihei condo - top floor unit with a loft, walkable to a stunning beach, and great for families or couples traveling together. <br /><br />White sandy beaches, clear blue waters, water sports, world class snorkeling, local shops and restaurants, and a beautiful coastal park with walking trails and grassy bluffs overlooking the ocean are all within walking distance!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Located directly across from one of the most popular beaches in South Maui, our location just can’t be beat! The choices of what you can do are endless.<br /><br />Want to go for a morning walk along a beautiful coastal trail? <br /><br />How about a little exercise or yoga on a nice shaded bluff overlooking the blue Pacific? <br /><br />Maybe you want to go for a swim with sea turtles or experience world class snorkeling above coral reefs teeming with tropical fish? <br /><br />If you are into water sports, bodyboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, e-foiling, and scuba diving are all minutes away!<br /><br />Want to take a snorkel boat trip to the Molokini Crater or go on a whale watching adventure? The Kihei Boat Ramp is just a short walk away!<br /><br />Have little ones? There’s a shallow kiddie pool for toddlers in it's own section away from the big pool. There's also a small cove just across the street with calm waters and gentle waves. The beach park has a huge shaded grassy area with swings and lots of room for the kids to run around. It’s also a great place to have a picnic with BBQ grills and picnic benches. <br /><br />But the absolute best part of our condo’s location is the daily gathering of people who converge upon the large grassy area on the south side of the park to experience a world famous Maui Sunset. It’s truly a magical experience, especially during whale season when you may be lucky enough to spot a whale just as the sun slips into the ocean.<br /><br />Feel like an evening out? You are a short walk or drive to some of the best restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping in South Kihei including Fred’s Mexican Cafe, Penny’s Pizza, Coconut's Fish Tacos, Cafe O'Lei, Three's Bar & Grill, and Kalama Village, just to name a few. <br /><br />There are also lots of quick bites, food trucks, a health food store, convenience store, and a supermarket close by plus plenty of souvenir shops.<br /><br />Wailea is also only a 3 minute drive to the south where there are plenty of upscale dining options (Ko, Ferraro's, Ka'Ana Kitchen, Monkeypod, Mateo, Spago, Duo) and high end shopping at one the resorts or the Shops at Wailea.<br /><br />Because of our central location, you are also perfectly situated for day trips to Hana, Haleakala National Park, Kaanapali, and the rest of the island.<br /><br />When you're not out and about exploring Maui, our family friendly condo is the perfect place to call your Maui home away from home. <br /><br />The condo is bright and airy with a large sliding glass door that opens up from the living room to a spacious lanai (balcony) where you can soak in the sunshine and ocean views. <br /><br />The living room features a queen sized sofa bed along with a large flat screen TV with cable, WiFi, and high speed internet. <br /><br />The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator and oven, flat top range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils.<br /><br />The downstairs bedroom has a King bed and plenty of closet space. <br /><br />The large open air second story loft master bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet and has its own full bathroom. <br /><br />We provide hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, extra towels, blankets, pillows, and anything else you might need to feel right at home!<br /><br />We even have a washing machine and dryer conveniently located right in the condo!<br /><br />We also provide you with plenty of beach gear and including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a cooler. <br /><br />The Wi-Fi speed is 500 mbps which makes working remotely smooth! <br /><br />There is a fully equipped gym / workout facility with a stunning view of the pool area. There is a large pool, 2 hot tubs and a toddlers wadding pool. The grounds have 10 barbecue areas with lots of tables in the shade. The property has four tennis courts, 2 pickle-ball courts, foosball and a ping pong table. <br /><br />One of my favorite parts about Kamaole Sands is every Wednesday they have live music with hula dancers! <br /><br />If you want to truly experience all of what Kihei and Maui has to offer, then our condo is the perfect place for you! <br /><br />Welcome to your South Kihei home away from home!!!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire condo<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The guest will pay a one time Resort Fee and Castle Registration Fee upon checking in, approximately 71.88 total.
