Effective January 1, 2026, the State of Hawaii TAT will increase by 0.75 percentage points, raising the rate from **10.25 % to 11 % on all transient accommodations, including hotel stays, vacation rentals, and timeshares. <br /><br />* Please note this unit is not associated with the hotel. No housekeeping or laundry services will be provided.<br /><br />PARKING <br />Parking is additional $47 daily with free in and out privileges. Parking garage is onsite with covered stalls. No assigned stalls required.
