This location is walking distance from Bayfront beach, the Hilo Farmers Market, KTA grocery store, Longs Pharmacy, the Hilo Bus Terminal, and a wide variety of good food and night life options. <br /><br />Just a short car or free bus ride away you will find Rainbow Falls, Kaumana Caves, as well as Walmart, Target, Prince Kuhio Plaza, and Hilo Medical Center.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a private room with a shared restroom and shower. The room is equipped with its own TV, refrigerator, tea kettle, toaster oven, and dedicated workspace.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a hostel-like accommodation in which you have private access to one room (#2) and shared access to two restrooms and showers. These facilities are shared by no more than 2 other similar rooms depending on scheduling.<br /><br />Your room is also equipped with a small toaster oven, mini fridge, and a/c unit. <br /><br />The full kitchen outside of your room is technically for the full time resident on site, however if you need to use something in there please ask first and we can most likely make accommodations.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a permanent resident on site in one of the three rooms on the floor. They have an elderly cat named Boba who you may see in passing, but will stay out of your room unless you welcome him in.
