This ground-floor condo is peaceful and quiet—tucked away from the busy road and parking lot. It’s right next to a big green lawn and looks out at the pool and hot tub—perfect for jumping in after a beach day! Whether you want to swim, chill, or explore, this place is in a great spot for all of it.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />THE CONDO - REGENCY 410<br />We recently added this extravagant 1300 square foot ground floor condo located at The Regency resort with all the amenities. Each of the two bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the spacious floor plan, hip interior and lush tropical surroundings and hope you will too!<br />Stay cool with air conditioning in both bedrooms (Please note AC is ONLY available in the bedrooms) or open up the lanai and enjoy a refreshing breeze throughout the condo. The condo’s location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!<br />With stylish upgrades and comfy vibes, this might just become your go-to vacation spot every time!<br /><br />SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS<br />• Primary bedroom has a king size bed. Primary bath has double sink and walk in shower <br />• 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom across the hallway features a shower-bathtub combo<br /><br />TVs<br />We have smart TVs in the Living Room, the Primary bedroom and the 2nd bedroom.<br /><br />LOCATION<br />Our condo is located on the ground floor. Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai’s best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach). <br />The condo is part of The Regency resort. You will have access to two pools with hot tubs and tennis courts. Self-parking is complementary, a dedicted parking spot is provided.
