Enjoy SF from this updated, stylish, sophisticated home! You will be 1 block from GGP, 1/2 block to a countless number of restaurants and bars, 1 block from a great gourmet grocery store and easy access to the N Judah train to get easily to any point in the city. OR you can just relax in the spacious home and relish in the 3 large outdoor spaces.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed. <br /><br />Indoor/outdoor living with outdoor access from the kitchen and living room. We also have a firepit to enjoy right off the living room/kitchen.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire house. Very private and quiet.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a small cottage under the upper deck with a separate side alley entrance. Owners may occasionally be in the guest cottage if we need to be in SF during your stay. Guests will not be disturbed and may not even know the owners are on site. We have 2 dogs who may be in the backyard occasionally if we are in the cottage.<br /><br />Also, our kitchen works and looks great as is! However, it is time for an upgrade which we’re working on. The new Viking stove, new built in KitchenAid refrigerator, new hood and cabinets are the first step!
