The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood.<br />Note: Although private, this unit is below my house and connects by a shared laundry area and hallway. See House Manual and images for details<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Trendy walkable location, close to public transportation, charming apartment with very pleasant vibe and terrific professionally-designed garden entrance.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Garden entrance to private in-law apartment including kitchen, full bath with claw foot tub, wifi, shared laundry. Please note there is a shared 15' hallway connecting your unit , and the shared laundry area, stairs to my upper unit, and my garage access. There is a stiff curtain that you can see at the end of the hallway, on the other side of which is the shared laundry.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Street parking is possible but takes some patience. Parking after 6 pm more challenging. Carefully read all signs for restrictions. There are a few nearby garages which I have listed in the guest book in the apartment. Once you are here, I can offer a few more tips to make parking a little easier.
