Sleeps 4.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo is located in Kihei Kai Nani building 12, adjacent to the swimming pool. Being on the ground floor, the condo is shielded from the heat from direct strong sunlights. It's quite cool inside the condo throughout the day, making your stay more enjoyable.<br /><br />The bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed, a portable A/C, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed, a window A/C unit, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker.<br /><br />Kihei Kai Nani is directly cross the street from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II. For your convenience, the condo provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. <br /><br />The condo can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 kids.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire condo, swimming pool, pavilion and bbq area, parking<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT<br />Guest with a car needs to visit front office to get a parking permit. If you arrive late, you can check in the next morning.<br /><br />The front door features an electronic keypad for unlocking the door with an entry code customized for each guest. Therefore, there are no keys to pick up or drop off, making check-in after 4 pm and check-out before 11 am easy-peezy. A code to the pool areas will be provided.<br /><br />The entry to this condo unit is located on the first floor which makes bringing in luggage, groceries, and beach stuff a breeze, especially if you are traveling with little ones. No need to wait for the elevator or lug heavy items up stairs!<br /><br />Check-out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to check-out time on their final day, which is usually 11 am or earlier. Departing guests are requested to notify the host that they have checked out and departed the condo, so the host knows when it is okay the enter and to prepare for future guests.<br /><br />THOSE DREADED TAXES<br />Unfortunately, just like staying in a hotel, vacation rentals are taxed.
