The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped for everything from morning coffee rituals to holiday baking.<br /><br />The Layout<br /><br />Main (level): includes open space with living area, dining area separated by fireplace, cozy kitchen with island, TV. Designer finishes and touches are throughout the main level adding coziness to our daily lives.<br /><br />Upstairs: A private primary suite with queen bed featuring a dedicated workspace (ideal for remote work), shower, two sinks, jacuzzi tub for soaking, and a private, sunny patio.<br /><br />Downstairs: A Queen guest room, full bathroom, plus a Full-over-Full bunk room with small outside patio, making it a great setup for families with kids or groups.<br /><br />The Location<br />Unbeatable and practically car-optional. You can walk to downtown Truckee, local coffee shops - Coffee Bar, Dark Horse, bakery, trails, and the Palisades/ Tahoe City shuttles.<br /><br />Local hikes start right across the street from property, Ice skating rink and the "secret" Taco popup stand is 5 minutes walking distance. <br /><br />5–15 minutes drive away: Palisades Tahoe, Northstar, and Donner Lake.<br /><br />Convenience: Includes both garage and driveway parking.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire house with garage and parking areas right outside the house; There is no parking on the driveway, but additional parking space is steps away.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Garbage: Garbage day is Thursday (between Noon and 3pm). Recycling goes to blue bags located under the sink. Compost goes together with regular garbage; Our unit garbage can is the right black bucket inside the bear box on the left of the house; <br /><br />Washing and Drying:<br />To start the washing or drying cycle - press and hold start button for 3 seconds <br /><br />Noise: Quite hours after 10pm.<br /><br />Thermostat is on the second floor right next to the laundry room.
