The spacious 2nd story unit (1090 sq. ft.) also offers a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort due to its location and warm decor. <br /><br />The decor is contemporary yet subtly tropical - clean lines, minimal furnishings, and curated local art. A chef's kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry with beautiful glass backsplash that blends in with the space. The living room opens to a private lanai (balcony) where you can sip your coffee at sunrise or enjoy the warm breeze as you watch the sun set over the ocean. <br /><br />In the bedroom, soft linens and low-profile furnishings invite rest. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and natural stone finishes. And sleep peacefully on our new comfortable memory-foam king size bed. <br /><br />The condo has a quiet, dual zone air conditioning system so there's cooling AC available throughout the unit. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with Italian porcelain sandstone style with beautiful blue glass accent tiles, and all new fixtures including a rain shower head. The full guest bath features a tub/shower combination. Both the master bath and guest bath have top of the line granite top vanities. <br /><br />The village itself feature amenities such as 4 amazing pools, a fitness center, a beautiful new pavilion, and direct access to Keawakapu Beach. The new pavilion offers refrigerators, microwaves, cooktop, and many more while you enjoy views of the ocean. Wailea Ekahi Village also offers a tennis / pickleball court and a shuffleboard court!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll have access to 4 sparkling swimming pools, including 3 “quiet area” designated pools great for reading or sunning and the large beachfront pool and pavilion with wonderful expansive views of the ocean and islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe and direct access to the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />If you’re looking for activities away from the beaches, Ekahi has its own pickle ball court, and Wailea is a golfer's dream destination plus there’s also a tennis club just up the hill.<br /><br />For runners and walkers, just take the 2 mile Wailea beach path that starts right in front of Ekahi Village and jog or stroll past five beautiful white sand beaches and the many five-star hotels, shopping, restaurants, and other resorts along the Wailea beach.<br /><br />The Shops at Wailea are also only a few minutes away; there you'll find several great restaurants, as well as some of the best shopping on the island.<br /><br />Here are samples from the over 50 Five Star reviews from our previous VRBO listing: <br />Martha 4/23...A lovely, well cared for, recently remodeled unit. The condo has been nicely updated, is well appointed, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was easy, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect whether opting to watch sunset and migrating whales from the lanai or walking the beach.
