There is access to hiking on the spectacular "King's Trail", and a beautiful black sand beach.<br />This property is legally permitted.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is comfortable Two bedroom and two bathroom cottage.<br />The living room has a couch, elephant bamboo chairs and big screen TV. A nice night time entertainment after long day of hiking, site seeing and playing at the beach. <br />The spacious yard is a great place to wander and check out the different tropical plants and fruit trees.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The property is one acre and the area is easily defined by rock walls and plantings. Please respect my neighbors by staying within these boundaries. <br />The garage is for the property owners use only.<br />There is a carport so guests can stay dry while unloading their car. <br />A cupboard at the base of the front stairway has various beach toys such as boogie boards and beach mats.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is public water and an Reverse Osmosis system in the kitchen for drinking water. <br />I have solar hot water with electric back up for rainy days.<br />The solar heated water can get hot so be aware with small children for bathing.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />130050190000, TA-186-656-9728-01
