We are proud to offer you our EV Power outlet, so bring your EV without hassle.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have full access to the home and yard except for garage as we made it as our stock room. <br /><br />Parking can be on the street or in the driveway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Rules and regulations:<br /><br />1. Pets are not allowed.<br />2. No smoking of any kind inside the unit.<br />3. Strictly No large party on the premises. <br />4. Adhere from Quiet time from 0900pm to 8am.<br />5. Always maintain cleanliness. Throw all the garbage in the designated trash bins. <br />6. Light cooking is allowed<br />7. Damage to property will be a fine including stains on the bedding, sheets, towels or other areas.<br />8. Host must be notified of any guest not included in the itinerary.
