You can park in front of the garage blocking it - guaranteed space for 1 car.<br /><br />The house is designed for a comfortable stay of 5 people.<br />If you would like to have an additional person, please contact us to agree and arrange that.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the whole residence, which includes the garden.<br /><br />Out of the usage areas are: <br />- garage (doors are open in case of emergency but a surveillance camera is in use in the garage) <br />- walk-in closet in the master bedroom<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please do not sit or stand on kitchen countertops - they are fragile.<br /><br />We have a strict no-party and no-smoking of any kind policy. <br />After smoking inside the house cleaning fee is $500.<br /><br />Outdoor quiet hours 10PM to 7AM. <br />No loud music in the house after 10PM too - please be kind to our neighbors.<br /><br />Please do not hold or use for support vertical space dividers (entry hall, the upstairs part of the stairwell, next to the refrigerator) - they are fragile and be broken if too much force is applied.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0006601
