Our condo is located on the ocean bluff with a 180 degree view of blue water in every room. The scent of ocean breeze is so invigorating and peaceful. Located in beautiful Princeville and next door to Hanalei Bay. View exceptional rainbows almost every day. Watch and listen to magic of the waves while you drift off to sleep.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condominium is spacious about 1200 square feet and has been completely updated. The unit is all on one level, located on the main floor of the building, just 5 steps up from the parking lot. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There are travertine floors throughout, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, custom shower in both bathrooms state of the art, 5 start hotel. There is an on site pool with chairs, BBQ grills, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Tennis and Pickleball are available at the nearby Makai Club with no charge.<br /><br />The master bedroom has a king bed, A/C, TV, spacious ensuite master bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area and hydromassage tub, and A/C. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, TV, and a spacious bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area located just across the hall. We also have a baby crib, play-n-pack available, and high chair on request.<br /><br />The living room has a leather couch, 2 easy chairs, coffee table, and TV.<br /><br />Open kitchen with island, bright with natural light, and fantastic ocean views. Updated stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee combo, toaster, mixer, and well-stocked with lots of plates, cups, cooking utensils, a full spice rack, etc. Anything you might need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen, which makes it really easy to buy food at the grocery store without needing to get every spice or condiment you might need to accompany your meal.<br /><br />Communications and electronic gear include a 52" LCD HD flat screen television in the living room, a 39" flat screen television in the master bedroom. Cable TV is provided for both TVs and there is a high speed internet and Wi Fi (wireless) connection.<br /><br />Beach paraphernalia include boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and toys. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels for both pool and ocean days.<br /><br />We have a washer & dryer and provide shower supplies such as shampoo, condition, and soap. Turn off the main road into Princeville. You be heading north on Ka Haku Rd. Go past/through the circle. Turn right onto Pepelani Loop, then right onto Kaui Rd, then right onto Edward Rd, then left into the Ali'i Kai complex. Follow the road, keep going past the pool on your right, until you get to building 4 on your right.<br /><br />Parking<br />There is free private parking right in front of the building.
