Our home is a perfect spot for a family or group of friends visiting SF: equipped with an open-layout, modern kitchen/dining room; walking distance to a supermarket, drugstore, and Starbucks; and ample parking or easy access to public transportation.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home is an immaculate Spanish style home with 1800 sq ft of finished space in charming Old Miraloma. Our 2-level corner property features lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, parquet floors, recessed lighting, and views of Mt. Davidson. The eat-in Chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, slate tile floor, and a granite island and breakfast bar with large skylight. The dining area and living room with fireplace and flatscreen are also on the main level, along with a remodeled tile-and-marble bathroom with Jacuzzi and glass shower stall. Two bedrooms are on this same level, with one set up as a proper guestroom with a Murphy Bed Queen, and the other with a bunk bed (twin over double) with a twin trundle. There is plenty of room in the living room or downstairs den has to use our deluxe Coleman DoubleHigh PillowTop Queen inflatable mattress. There is also a large couch in the living room for lounging and TV watching (or for sleeping should the need arise). On the lower level is the Master suite (1 bedroom with King bed and 1 full bath) with bonus den for stashing bags or rolling out the inflatable mattress.<br /><br />From the sitting room, step out and enjoy our patio, fenced yard, outdoor furniture and gas grill. (Cushions are in the garage to the left.) There is parking in our own driveway, and we have a one-car garage with washer/dryer and plenty of space for any extra "stuff" you may be traveling with.<br /><br />A shopping center (Mollie Stone's, Starbucks, and more) is one block away. Forest Hill MUNI station, offering quick access to downtown and other areas, is a 10-min walk. Within two blocks there are stops for several additional MUNI bus lines that service the Mission, Noe Valley, the Sunset, etc. There are many trails at Mt. Davidson and in Glen Canyon Park, both right in our 'hood, that are perfect for that morning jog or urban hike!<br /><br />Possession of a San Francisco Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate certifies that the registration certificate holder has agreed to comply with the terms of the San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 41A).
