Plenty of parking, 4 cars+, in huge private driveway<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home overlooking the San Francisco Bay features an open layout on the main floor:<br />You will find a spacious living and dining room for family gatherings and a large kitchen. <br /><br />The living room has a large couch, lounging chairs, coffee tables, a 65” smart tv and views of the bay and front yard. <br /><br />The dining room has a large table with chairs for family meals, a skylight over the table and the doors to the side patio can open for a summer breeze. <br /> <br />Connecting to these rooms is the large full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We provide some spices and coffee. The Kitchen features a dining table and plenty counter and cupboard space to site your supplies. The bay view deck patio off the kitchen has a table and chairs for outdoor dining! Be ready for beautiful sunsets & a nature escape in the city. <br /><br />Off of the kitchen is the first bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom feature bay views, a queen bed and a closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a closet and also a 32” smart Tv. There is a work nook with tree views. <br /><br />The downstairs area of the house has the other three bedrooms, the larger bathroom and the laundry area.<br /><br />Two bedrooms have queen beds and one is a full bed. All bedrooms have closets and one of the bedrooms contains a study area with desk and chair. <br /><br />The bathroom downstairs is the larger one and has two sinks and a large counter. <br /><br />The laundry area has a washer and dryer and a counter for folding laundry and storage. <br /><br />One of the lower floor bedrooms has access to the lower patio, which has more chairs & a table for eating in the shade, and a sunning lounger chair in the sunny area. <br />There also a patio on the side of the house with a grill you are welcome to use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest has access to the entire house and yard aside from the garage and basement. <br />This includes a spacious living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms(showers, no bathtubs), a laundry room, a deck, multiple patios and an enormous garden to explore.<br />Please feel free to take lemons and oranges from the trees!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />If you’re able: please take the trash cans down to the end of the driveway on Wednesday night. Trash pickup is early on Thursdays. The cans should stand next to each other on the left side at the end of the driveway. Thank you so much!
