Very spacious 1200sqft 2-bedroom 1-bath home in San Francisco. Complete with a retro kitchen with modern appliances, a very large living room, an entire dining room, and even a breakfast nook. With two twins and a queen bed - no one is stuck sleeping on the couch! <br /><br />Located in the center of the sunset district of SF our home is very walk-able (0.8mi to golden gate park, 1.5mi to a beach, steps from bars and restaurants) and bus-able (3 lines within blocks). Driveway parking available on request.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This classic SF home is very spacious - approximately 1000 square feet with tall ceilings and large bay windows. <br /><br />The first large bedroom has a queen bed, closet with a dresser, and a desk. The smaller bedroom has a twin bed with a pullout trundle. The trundle bed is quite comfortable fitted two mattress pads. The full kitchen is in original condition with tiles and wooden cabinetry. We have kept the original style but installed modern high-end appliances in the last 5 years. There is a 'breakfast nook' off the kitchen which adds counter space and is home to the a coffee corner. It doubles as a lovely place to sit by the window with a laptop to do work. There is a full dining room that seats 8 people and has boardgames to use on our large dining table. The living room is very large with two couches and two chairs by the large bay window. The TV is a smart TV and is already set up with YouTube TV (including most sports), Netflix, a Wii (with games provided), and a DVD player. <br /><br />The apartment is very well located - walking distance from Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, and plenty of restaurants and bars. There are two close bus lines and a nearby Muni train which can get you anywhere else in the city. Driveway parking available on request.<br /><br />On-site washer/dryer is available on request, must be coordinated with me.<br /><br />NOTE: there is an in-law unit downstairs where the homeowner lives. Either she or I will be staying in that unit during the booking. It has a separate entrance with no overlap in space.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the full apartment via a lockbox with two keys for your stay. There are two locked closets containing supplies and the owner's belongings. There is an emergency exit into the garage which leads out of the house in case of fire.
