The property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. It sits in a fantastic location that makes it easy to explore and enjoy everything Fernie has to offer. The hosts were wonderfully attentive and communication was seamless from start to finish. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Ryland’s place! It is in a pretty quiet area, but is still a quick 10 minute drive into town. The home is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. We found it to be perfectly comfortable for all 8 of us. I think it’s worth mentioning that the bedroom upstairs with the ensuite gets a ton of sunlight in the morning and has sheer curtains, so bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light!

The house was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was really well-equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, and it was great that there were extra towels for it. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The patio was nice and big, and we enjoyed sitting outside. However, there were a few things that bothered us a bit. In one bathroom, 3 out of 4 light bulbs weren’t working; the patio was pretty dirty, so I had to wipe it down first to avoid tracking dirt inside; and both of the two gas tanks for the grill were empty when we arrived. Ryland then arranged for them to be replaced the next day. What’s a bit unusual is that the upper door to the apartment can’t be locked from the outside—only the lower one, which is shared with the owner. Theoretically, the owner could enter the apartment when we’re not home. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
