Our condo is perfectly suited for couples and small families wanting space with stylish comfort in a prime location. <br /><br />Relax on a luxurious king-sized bed, sectional sofa w/ a pull-out sleeper, and a pack and play for toddlers! Enjoy the essentials of modern connectivity, a fully stocked kitchen, with two full bathrooms. Soak in paradise on two garden patios!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our private, oversized 1-bedroom condo spans 1,060 sq ft total (larger than most 2-bedrooms in Kihei), and is a seamless blend of interior comforts and outdoor greenery. Be central to all of South Maui's charms and a short walk to the beach, while also escaping the noise in our tropical grounds!<br /><br />Our complex is nestled over 23 acres of vibrant greens across the beach, meticulously maintained with seasonal flowers, velvety lawns, and fragrant flora. Sip a cocktail while lounging at our two pools or kick back and grill at many shaded gazebo and BBQ areas!<br /><br />Our home is a central location, across the street from Kamaole 3 Beach Park, famous for its stunning sunsets and near the Kihei Boat Ramp for snorkeling trips to Molokini and whale watching in the winter. We're also a 5 minute drive to Wailea and Keawakapu Beaches, great for sunbathing in golden sand, boogie-boarding on the gentle waves, and for children to play in its shallow tidepools. <br /><br />Nearby in Kihei, you're close to a wide range of water activities such as surfing at Kalama Cove with Maui Wave Riders, or going on a dive tour with Maui Dreams. On land, soak in the views and sunshine on beautiful hikes at La Perouse Bay, Makena Big Beach, and the Wailea boardwalk, all a short hop away! <br /><br />For celebrating special occasions, you'll be nearby amazing restaurants such as Monkeypod, Spago, and Lineage. Steps away from the parking lot with one free dedicated parking spot for your stay<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Enjoy full access to our beautiful amenities, with two large pools (one with a waterfall!), hot tubs, tennis courts, multiple BBQ areas, gazebos, and green space.<br /><br />Beach chairs and other gear is available for guests to bring to the many nearby beaches!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />With Maui's tropical habitat and our garden complex, you'll see gorgeous birds such as the golden plover, grey francolin, java sparrows, and myna. Along with birds and the occasional wild chicken, you'll see harmless geckos. Geckos, especially the green geckos, are friendly, eat mosquitos & insects, and are considered very good luck in Hawaii. If you see them, make a wish and may them come true! Please do not harm them.<br /><br />Our complex has an awesome landscaping staff that maintain the grounds during daytime hours, and have professional pest control that stop by quarterly. Our unit is on the ground floor, so please consider that despite everyone's best efforts, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled here in the tropics. In our time here, we've infrequently seen a bug here and there, but if you encounter a problem, please call us and we will be happy to address the situation immediately.<br /><br />As local residents, we want to share Maui at its finest with you so, please treat our space as if it were your own. Maui county and Hawaii state administer visitor taxes that go directly to the state, included under Occupancy Taxes and Fees (TAT 13.25% and GET 4.712%)<br />.
