From the moment you arrive, you will feel welcomed by the warm, relaxed<br />atmosphere.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Enjoy the convenience of a central location as well as free off-street parking: stroll to Golden<br />Gate Park which is less than 2 blocks away, hop on the N-Judah streetcar to downtown, Oracle<br />Park or the beach, take the bus or drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, and explore all the vibrant<br />neighborhoods and scenic spots on both sides of the park with ease.<br /><br />The Space<br />This large, bright and thoughtfully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably<br />accommodates up to 8 guests, with one King bed, two Queen beds, and two Full beds. Two<br />bedrooms have a desk and chair for ease of working from home. The fourth bedroom has two<br />full beds, perfect for groups who prioritize flexible sleeping space. Approximately 1800 sq. ft.<br />(165 sq. m).<br /><br />The sun-filled living and dining room offers a place to relax with two sofas, a full-size dining<br />table, and flat-screen TV, while the open kitchen has a nook to enjoy breakfast and is fully<br />equipped for preparing meals. The kitchen includes three types of coffee devices, a dishwasher,<br />full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a 4 burner cooktop and oven.<br /><br />You will be just steps from more than 30 local cafes, bakeries, shops, grocery stores, boba tea<br />shops, and restaurants. Unwind in the greenery at Golden Gate Park, and explore its botanical<br />gardens and museums. Convenient access to public transportation makes it easy to reach the<br />UCSF Medical Center, the Moscone Center for conventions, downtown San Francisco, Oracle<br />Ballpark, and iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Ocean<br />Beach. We truly<br />appreciate your understanding.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is the main floor of a two-unit home. You will have access to the whole upper floor of the<br />house, and to the washer and dryer in the garage downstairs, which is shared with the downstairs<br />unit. An interior stairway leads from your unit down to the garage level. Two lockable doors<br />separate your space from the downstairs apartment for added privacy. The apartment at the<br />garage level has exclusive use of the garden.<br /><br />To access the unit, you will need to walk up at least 12 stairs from the street level.<br /><br />One designated parking space is available in front of the house. Parking is side-by-side with the<br />owners unit downstairs (Please refer to the house photo for reference.)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is the main upstairs unit of a two-unit home. There is a separate garden apartment below, and you may occasionally see other guests coming and going.<br /><br />To access the main living area, you’ll need to walk up at least 12 stairs. The washer and dryer are located downstairs and also require about 12 stairs to reach.<br /><br />Washer & dryer are shared with the guests in the downstairs unit.<br /><br />One designated parking space is available in front of the house. It’s best suited for a small to mid-size car and is parked side-by-side with the downstairs guests' space. (Please refer to the house photo for reference.)<br /><br />The N Judah streetcar runs just half a block away and passes approximately every 15 minutes until around midnight—you may hear and feel it during your stay.<br /><br />A stairway leads from your unit down to the garage level. Two lockable doors separate your space from the downstairs garden apartment for added privacy.<br /><br />All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules.
