This makes the home especially convenient and ideal for guests exploring the city without a car.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest have access to the entire main level featuring a spacious living room area with couch and TV, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for comfort and privacy. <br /><br />Note that the house has a basement level where we reside. Please be respectful and honor the house rules.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Other Details<br />• Parking: For entire main level booking, there is a dedicated garage parking. The garage is small and will fit a small SUV at best. <br />• No Pets / Parties / No Smoking: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $100 additional cleaning fee will apply if violated.<br />• Late Checkout: Late checkout without prior approval may result in an additional fee.<br />• Luggage Storage: Luggage may be stored in the nook area by the living room before check-in or after checkout.
