The apartment is very spacious, it has 1 queen size bed and a 2 full size bed, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.This property has a beautiful mountain view and view of the ocean at the entrance of our condo. <br /><br />The unit is located on the 12th floor , the whole building goes all the way to the 16th floor. The condo has 2 elevator .<br /><br /> This building is built in the 70’s so it’s an older building. Please don’t expect a luxury condominium or state of the art building or unit, check the pictures or our listing! Expect noise because we are located in Waikiki, and Waikiki is a busy place, even the country side or North Shore of Oahu can get noisy!!<br /><br />We provide amenities that guests don’t need to pack with them in their trip and buy such as<br />- Towels <br />- shampoo <br />- bath soap <br />- lotion<br />- hairdryer <br />- toilet paper <br />- beach towels<br />- laundry soap <br />- kitchen supplies ( aluminum foil, ziplock bags, seran wraps .....)<br />- rice cooker <br />- kettle <br />- coffee maker <br />- toaster <br />- microwave <br />- cooking wares/ utensils/ glasses/ plates <br />- rice cooker <br />-iron and ironing board <br />- filtered drinking water<br />- baby crib but you have to assemble it and put it together! Waikiki is a CITY! This Condo is located in a city so there’s a potential for noise and you will hear Traffic noise! which a city living or Waikiki living is. If you’re not a City person then Staying in Waikiki is not for You! Or Staying in a Condominium is not for you!<br /><br />Building is built in the 70’s so it’s an older building and this unit is renovated with wood floors, granite countertops and marble Bathroom floors . There’s a 3 portable AC and please note Portable AC has a sound or a potential noise! there is no Portable AC that doesn’t make any sound.! And 1 electric fans for our guests to used.<br /><br /><br />While our Unit is treated monthly by professionals pest control “You may see bugs while you are here due to being in the Tropics, our hot, humid climate and being in the water." Roaches are a part of life in Hawaii <br /><br />This Condo has Laundry Room in each floor <br /><br />The unit is located on the 12th floor and this Boutique Condo/hotel goes all the way to the 16th floor and it has 2 elevators <br /><br /><br />The Property Management and the AOAO doesn’t allow anyone guests or residents to smoke in the Lanai so please this Condo is NON SMOKING! And they don’t allow PARTIES!
