Each bedroom is equipped with a small work desk, a full-length mirror, hangers, a laundry basket, an extra blanket, clothing drawers, and makeup remover wipes. <br /><br />The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Both the king-size and queen-size beds come with adjustable bed frames that can be raised for comfortable reading. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.<br /><br />In the kitchen, you will find silverware, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, a pizza cutter, a can opener, cups, plates, mugs, a toaster, an air fryer, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, pots and pans, wine glasses and of course, there is also a wine opener for your convenience. White towels are for showering and drying hands. Makeup remover wipes and black towels are for face only. A $50 fee will be charged for any stained white towels or bedding.<br /><br />For any families who are traveling with small children, a playpen or high chair is available upon request.<br /><br />QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 9AM, 7 days a week. Please be mindful of your noise level and respect the neighborhood.<br />Smoking/ Drugs: This is a nonsmoking and drug free house in or outside of the home. A $250 <br />fee will be charged for any trace of a smoke, or marijuana smell or the use of illegal drugs. This includes if you smoke outside and bring in a smoke/marijuana smell into the home.<br /> <br />CHECK OUT :<br />We ask guests do the following before their 11:00a check-out.<br />* Garbage: Gather and place all garbage in the appropriate bins in the back yard.<br />* Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and lace them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterwards.<br />* Towels: Place all used towels in the hampers in each of the closets.<br />* Furniture: If you've moved any furniture, you must move them back to their original location.<br />* Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, and the kitchen cabinets and backyard.<br /><br />PET POLICY & HOUSE RULES: We’re happy to welcome pets to our home! We know pets are part of the family, and we want both you and your furry companion to have a comfortable stay.
