Gather indoors and outside at our Sonoma Valley rancher with tons of amenities! Inside, find a comfortable modern interior with 3 private bedrooms, office room with twin daybed, 2 full baths, large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast/bar table. The backyard has a large pool (seasonal), gas bbq, fire table, seats and dining table. Minutes by car to Sonoma Square, Glen Ellen, wineries, hiking trails, spas, shopping and dining. Blocks to a park, cafe & two local favorite eateries.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home is conveniently located in Sonoma Wine Country and features both indoor and outdoor living spaces that make it a wonderful retreat any time of the year! The house has been remodeled with quality finishes and modern, comfortable furnishings and linens. We have central heating and air conditioning and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. <br /><br />The backyard has a nice large pool (warm seasonally May through October) with both sunny and shady seating areas, several dining tables, umbrellas, gas BBQ grill and a fire table with Adirondack chairs. We have 2 lounge chairs, pool floats and plenty of pool towels. <br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances including frig with filtered cold water and ice maker. We provide coffees and teas, and feel free to use all spices and condiments. There is ample room to gather at a breakfast/bar table for 4 and dining room has a large table with seating for 8.<br /><br />Relax in the cozy living room with a large sectional couch and a chair with ottoman. There is a beautiful wood burning fireplace - wood and fire logs provided - and a large flat screen TV for streaming. <br /><br />The primary bedroom has a new Nest King size bed, adjoining full bath with walk-in shower, and slider door to the pool. It has a smaller flat screen TV for streaming.<br /><br />There are two more private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (one traditional plush, one firm hybrid) and a shared bathroom with tub. We provide plenty of towels for each bathroom plus shampoos, body wash, lotions and hair dryers.<br /><br />An office area has a desk and chair along with a twin daybed to allow for flexibility for your group. The room can be closed off with curtains for privacy. In the closet, find quilt and pillows along with an ironing board, iron and portable crib.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />-Guests have full use of the house and pool. Guests staying or visiting during the day will be using the pool at their own risk. (Please note the pool is not heated in winter - the optimal pool season runs from late May to mid-October)<br />-Washer and Dryer available in garage.<br />-Parking for two cars on driveway, others park on street directly in front of property.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Sonoma County has no-burn days on which you cannot use fireplace at the house. We will let you know if this is in effect during your stay.
