We have created the perfect setting for your next corporate retreat, friend gathering or family reunion. This listing combines two adjoining properties. Combined the houses sit on over 7.5 acres. We are located approx five miles from the square in the exclusive Sobre vista neighborhood. Combined there are two pools, two spas, plenty of meeting space with projection ready tvs, flip charts, etc. Plenty of activities including tennis, pickleball, basketball horse shoes, batting cage, 2 ping pong tables, pool volley ball, 2 fire pits, bocce ball.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The guests will have full use of both properties.<br />House 1 has the following bedroom arrangement<br />Primary bedroom w/King (ensuite bathroom)<br />Guest house w/ King (ensuite bathroom)<br />Queen (bath across hall)<br />Queen (bath across hall)<br />Single over double bunk bed, Single with pull out trundle (bath across hall)<br />Sleeping porch with two day beds (ensuite bath)<br /><br />House 2 has the following bedroom configuration:<br />Primary bedroom w/King (ensuite bath)<br />Primary bedroom w/King (ensuite bath) - large room off master with two single beds<br />Queen bedroom (ensuite bath)<br />Queen bedroom (bath across hall)<br />Double (bath across hall)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PLEASE - NO WEDDINGS OR SPECIAL EVENTS! <br />NOTE: IF YOUR STAY INCLUDES A WEEKEND DURING THE MONTHS OF MARCH TO NOVEMBER THERE IS A FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM. Otherwise two night minimum for midweek and December through March (excluding holidays).
