Phenomenal dining in unique outdoor spaces. Incredible art experiences as well views from some of the most iconic scenes in the USA. <br /><br />Mandarin towers is one of the oldest high rise buildings in the city, and the surrounding buildings are all less than 4 stories. This means you'll have unobstructed views of the heart of the city. The interior of the condo is modern, with luxury furnishings, premium amenities, state-of-the-art appliances, and the latest in entertainment.<br /><br />My home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living/dinning room, and an outdoor patio (approx. 800sqft). One of the bedrooms has a fully stocked office area with a large desk, three monitors, keyboard, mouse, web cam, and an all-in-one printer. That bedroom can remain open or be separated from living/dining room by sliding panels providing floor-to-ceiling separation. Please look at the photos for a clearer visual picture. <br /><br />The sofa in the living room coverts easily between sofa, lounge chair, and floor bed. I'll provide bedding as requested to best cater to your needs.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, including a coffee bar equipped with a Gaggia Anima Espresso Machine for cafe quality espressos/lattes/cappuccinos with premium roasted coffee beans and a variety of syrups. I also have a small outdoor patio with chairs and table which is perfect for enjoying coffee or wine. It can get cool so I recommend bringing a light jacket.<br /><br />My home is perfect for long term guests, as stays longer than 14 days include complimentary weekly house cleaning.<br /><br />I've also added two PURE air purification systems which use HEPA/UVC/ and Ionization to sanitize the air. Additionally I'll provide masks/ gloves/ and hand sanitizer to ensure you are as safe as possible while enjoying the incredible city of San Francisco.<br /><br />Parking! It took 3 years but the parking problem has finally been solved. I have a designated parking space approx 2 blocks (predominantly flat) away. There is space for you to temporarily unload directly in front of the building. There is a photo of my SUV parked in the space in the listing. There is a central fixed pole which may make it challenge for some to park in the space, especially if you have larger vehicle. There are nearby garages if that better suits your needs<br /><br />STR-0007006<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the entire apartment. <br /><br />Three storage spaces will be locked: the storage closet in the half bathroom, my SF bedroom (converted closet) next to the main bathroom, and the display cabinet near the dinning table. I ask that all guests refrain from tampering with the locks, as these are storage areas for my personal belongings. However, guests will have plenty of storage space, including a full sized closet and a separate wardrobe.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Guest safety and security is my first priority. There are motion sensing cameras outside of the the unit facing the front door. There is also an interior alarm system that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion.
