The Village at Palisades Tahoe dining and shopping steps away.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Studio Condominium #143 offers:<br />- 570 square feet with living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.<br />- A queen bed separated from the living space area by a sliding door.<br />- Living area space offers a queen bed and sofa bed, and DVD player.<br />- The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and stove top. There is no oven.<br /> - A full bathroom with an oversized bathtub.<br />- The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.<br /><br />This comfy studio offers an inviting one-level living experience, and a perfect sunny spot to land while vacationing at Olympic Valley. Ideal for a couple, friends, or small family to unwind with full access to the kitchenette, living space and let’s not forget the views! Beautiful views of the mountain can be enjoyed right from your large south-facing studio windows.<br /><br />Upon entering this cozy yet spacious studio, you'll find the kitchenette and living space first. The living space also has two sofas, a coffee table and a wicker chair. It is a perfect set up for gathering and recounting the great stories of the day. One of the sofas is a sleeper sofa that adds a spot for family or friends.<br /><br />The kitchenette and living space are in the first room and the bedroom dining table are in the next. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy.<br /><br />The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The nearby bathroom is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower.<br /><br />The queen bed has a lovely wood and metal frame as well as a great view. The wooden dining table seats four with chairs and a bench.<br />Just a stroll away from your condo, the Village at Palisades Tahoe offers an assortment of dining options and plenty of après ski fun as well. Boutique shops, entertainment and activities fill the list.<br /><br /> You are truly on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes while at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property and condo #143. Steps from the chairs, KT22 and the base-to-base gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all very nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner. And summer is not complete without some time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are also all available.<br /><br /> Escape today – you have earned it!<br /><br />Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies. <br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.<br /><br />Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking<br /><br />**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Summer at Palisades Tahoe is pure Sierra magic! ☀️🏔️ Our Seasonal pool is scheduled to open on May 22nd , and will be available until after Labor Day! The Tennis Courts are being resurfaced, and we hope to have them reopened for your enjoyment around July 4th.
