Conveniently situated between Historic Downtown Truckee and Lake Tahoe, you and your crew will have the best of Tahoe at your fingertips. The property features a spacious living room with a stone-trimmed fireplace, a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, outdoor deck, and ski locker. Access to Northstar amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, hike/bike trails, tennis, and golf. Enjoy!<br /><br />Each home is provided with 2 guest passes which allow exclusive access to the Northstar Resort Community (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).<br /><br />Situated in the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountain range straddling the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers stunning panoramic scenery and year-round adventure. Visitors flock here especially to ski and snowboard on dramatic slopes that seem to fall into the abyss of the lake’s cobalt blue water. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.<br />- Please note the home is ski-in/ski-out, only when snow conditions allow.<br />- Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.<br />- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.<br />- This home does not have AC.<br />- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.<br />- Please view the Placer County Good Neighbor Flyer located in the homes manual (which will be provided to you in the manual, or reach out to our team to review).<br />- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.<br />- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.<br />- Please note: Access to the NPOA Recreation Center requires a separate fee of $10 per person, per day, and is not included with your reservation.<br /><br />Parking Details:<br />- Two parking passes will be provided in the home. These must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid any parking tickets.<br />- Passes need to be returned to the designated area upon departure, or it will result in fines of up to $250.<br />- The parking of trucks with a capacity of over one ton, trailers of any kind, campers including recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers, motorbikes, ski mobiles, or golf carts are prohibited.<br />- During the winter months, the parking area and common area walkways are maintained by a snow plow service.<br />- No street parking allowed.<br />- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.<br /><br />[DISCLAIMERS]<br /> - No smoking in or outside of this home.
