This beautifully appointed third floor residence has an open floor plan and features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The residence has a flat screen TV above the gas fireplace and an outdoor patio. With a master bedroom king suite, a twin-size bed and full-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and spacious second bathroom with a double vanity, there is plenty of space for hosting friends and family after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure.<br /><br />Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Iron Horse South Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. <br />- This residence comes with 1 parking spot in the underground temp controlled parking garage. After booking is placed, guests are required to pay Occupancy Tax of 10% on total booking charges, and purchase Damage Protection Insurance for a one-time fee of $65, or be charged a refundable Security Deposit in the amount of $3,000. Host will collect these fees directly from the guest.
