Villa provides 2 similar bedroom suites each with private baths and closet areas. Suite 1 has a King Bed and two single bunk beds with access to rear patio and view of the Silverado golf course. Suite 2 includes courtyard views, King bed ,single Day Bed with single trundle, shower with shaving tub/toddler tub. Living and dining area is bright and airy with Skylight, vaulted ceilings and a pass through kitchen.<br /><br />Minimum Stay is one (3) Night stay. Per HOA rules.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The complex is quiet, serene, and beautiful. We are located in the middle of the Silverado North Golf course. Located well off the golf course and separated by 30 yards of open lawn guests enjoy the relaxing back Patio for morning coffee or evening happy hour. Front Patio is private and relaxing for some rest, reading and relaxation. <br /><br />We have a 75 inch Samsung Frame TV in living room and smaller Samsung TVs in the bedrooms. Samsung TV is available for channel surfing in living room and front bedroom. Streaming apps such as Netflix and UTUB TV is preloaded on the Samsung Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Guest are welcome to use their private credentials on all 3 Samsung TVs<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest receive access to the Silverado Fairways private pool which is heated May through October. <br /><br />Silverado Resort Pool and hot tub access is also provided via Silverado member guest privilege's. Silverado Resort is a short car ride around the the Golf Course next to the Silverado Market and Bakery which is open daily. Cabana's can be reserved per availability in the Summer Months at Silverado Cabana rates. <br /><br />Silverado SPA reservations can be made per availability at SPA rates. Silverado SPA access requires a day use fee for work out facility and SPA amenities like steam, sauna, hot tubs and Spa pool. Day use fee is waived with a paid SPA service. Day use fee is also required for pickle ball or tennis reservations for per availability at Silverado Spa.<br /><br />Golf reservations can be made via host 21 days before arrival per availability on resort guest course alternating daily between North and South course. Villa is on par 5 5th hole of North course.<br /><br />Villa has one dedicated covered parking spot and additional guest parking outside unit as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Unit is stocked with most essential cooking pantry items and titanium cookware and cutting boards. We stock olive oil, avocado oil, red, white and balsamic vinegar, soy and other sauces and oils<br /><br />We also provide coffee and tea. We have some starter distilled liquor and mixes for your happy hour. Please let us know if you have a preference and we can ensure we have some in stock. For anyone that would like to have an alcohol free unit please let us know when booking and we can remove if desired as well.<br /><br />We have Samsung TV for channel surfing available and most streaming apps on the Samsung Smart TVs. We provide credentials to Netflix streaming apps.<br /><br />Our cleaners are using an enhanced cleaning protocol to ensure safety for all of us. Our condo is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure with Anti-bacteria cleaning supplies on all non-porous surfaces. No cleaning personnel enter the unit during a stay.
