You are right across from the community outdoor pool and a short stroll to the resort's highly acclaimed spa and on-site restaurants. <br /><br />On premises amenities are Mansion Bar and Terrace, which is great for cocktails and features an indoor terrace, TVs to watch games, and a fire on the outdoor patio that also has a great view. We highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa café are open to the public.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can use the entire space.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-in time: 3:00 PM<br />Check-out time: 11:00 AM<br />Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM<br /><br />No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.<br /><br />The pool is 4' deep and open on Memorial Day through Labor Day.<br />Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by the owner and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.<br />Guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. <br /><br />Golfing on-site is strictly members only.<br />Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.<br /><br />Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental. <br /><br />Please contact the owner if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.<br /><br />No dog(s) are welcome in this home. .<br /><br />Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.<br /><br />Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
